1. Who we are

This website is operated by Jining Bilantiantu Trading Co., Ltd., which trades under the brand AzureRoute Produce ("we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can contact us about privacy through the quote request form or on WhatsApp +86 199 3167 7117.

2. What we collect

Quote request form. When you send the form, we receive what you enter:

• products of interest, specification or packing, quantity and unit;
• destination country and port, and the Incoterm you prefer;
• company name, contact name, business email address and, if you add it, your WhatsApp number;
• whether you want to ask about documents, and which ones;
• your message, and your confirmation that you have read this policy.

With the form we also record the page you sent it from, the referring page, campaign tags in the link (utm_source, gclid) if present, the country your connection comes from as reported by our hosting provider, and a one-way hashed value of your IP address used to limit repeated submissions. We do not store your IP address in plain form.

WhatsApp. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, profile name and the messages and files you send. WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp LLC / Meta under its own privacy policy.

Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and time of the request to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated traffic; for this check Cloudflare processes signals from your browser and connection, including your IP address.

Analytics and cookies. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. If we enable a web analytics tool (we plan to use Google Analytics 4), we will update this policy first, describe the data it collects, and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before it runs.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To answer your quote request and prepare an offer: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.
• To keep the form and the site secure and prevent spam: our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
• To understand how the site is used, only once analytics is enabled: your consent, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similar effects on you.

4. Who receives it

• Our sales team, which handles your request.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site, runs the form, stores form submissions in its database service, sends the notification email to our sales team and provides Turnstile.
• Google, whose email service receives a notification of each form submission for our sales team.
• WhatsApp, for messages you send us there.
• Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

5. International transfers

We are based in China and our service providers operate internationally. Your data may therefore be processed in China, the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where the law requires it, we will put appropriate safeguards in place for these transfers.

6. How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept in our database for 24 months from submission and then deleted by a daily clean-up. The notification emails about them are deleted on the same 24-month schedule, which we check every month. The hashed IP values in our rate-limit log are deleted after 7 days by the same daily clean-up; the hashed value saved with a quote request is deleted together with it. If your request leads to an order, the data needed for that order is kept in our business records for as long as the law or the order requires.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• object to, or ask us to restrict, its use;
• receive it in a portable format;
• withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent, without affecting earlier use;
• complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.

8. Children

This site is for business buyers. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the way we handle personal data changes, and change the date at the top.
